College Fair at Lake Highlands High School

I would like to open the number of spaces for the college fair to 30. My campus has undergone a construction project, and things are quite different from precious years.
Please tell you reps to use the entrance on White Rock Trail, not Church Rd. The actual physical address is 10200 White Rock Trail. There is parking in the parking lot or they can park on White Rock Trail.
Once they enter this building, they will be in the Counseling Office. I will be there to greet them and show them where to go. The college fair will be located in our big gym, adjacent to our new HUB (cafeteria). I will have a table and a chair for each college. Let me know what set up works best for y’all, rows, U-shape, etc.
Just to confirm, we are scheduling the college fair for Friday, April 29th, 11:30 -1:30. I would suggest telling them to get here about 30 minutes before for the check in process and the walk to the gym.
